DM Textile: Recognized by the Russian Fashion Industry
DM Textile’s fashion mission was highly appreciated by the National Academy of Fashion Industry, which resulted in the Golden Spindle Award in “The Best Textile Enterprise, 2014" category. Golden Spindle is a high-profile Russian award in the fashion industry which is intended for designers, fashion journalists and companies that contribute to development of the Russian fashion. It"s a sign of recognition that for the 10 years of its existence has become an authoritative and wanted award.
The official symbol of the award is a statuette made of silver with gold sputtering in form of a stylized spindle, which is one of the symbols of the textile industry. For the years of its work DM Textile has also become one of the symbols of the Russian textile industry and today it’s its acknowledged leader and trendsetter. Every season the company produces designer collections of home textiles which feature the newest world’s fashion trends and are of highest quality. And today our goods have been recognized not only by millions of customers but by the whole fashion industry.
In a special nomination the jury also honored individual representatives. This year this honorary award was given to the weaver of the Donetzkaya Manufaktura Factory, Svetlana Kobzareva, who found her true vocation 15 years ago in making other people"s life beautiful and cozy.
The festive Golden Spindle National Award ceremony will take place on October, the 5th, in Konstantinovsky Palace, St. Petersburg. We congratulate our colleagues and wish them new awards and new fashion victories!
